  Returns

Returns and/or refunds are very rare but in the case that you would have a return, please call or email us before sending anything back. There is a possibility that we can take care of the problem without a return. Any unexpected packages will be refused and the package will come back to you.

If there is a problem with your order, notify us by phone or email immediately. DO NOT install the parts or even attempt to if they are not the right parts for the application. No parts that have been installed will be accepted as returns. All parts must be in their original packages to be accepted for a return/refund.

Any order that requires a refund for any reason is subject to a 5% service fee whether the item was ever shipped or not. This 5% will be taken out of the amount refunded to the card at the time the refund is issued.

A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply on returns that are not defective, unless other arrangements have been made. We will only charge you the percentage we incur charges on up to 20%. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges on items that are not defective.

We do not accept any returns 15 days after delivery of the product.

Remember that it is VERY RARE that a customer wants to return a product we have sold them. If you feel you need to return a product you have purchased from us, please feel free to give us a call or email so that we can try and help without costing you any more time or money.

Special ordered items are non-refundable.
