Shipping Information
At 4WheelCustoms.com we try to charge as close to the actual shipping amount as possible. The rates in our shopping cart are estimates. These estimates are done on past sales. The estimates are a very close representation of the actual shipping charges. If you feel that the shopping cart is not adding the correct amount for shipping on to your bill, send us an email for an exact quote. Please keep in mind that getting an exact quote will require extra processing time compared to placing the order online using the shopping cart.
Most of our orders will be processed and shipped that same day. You should have the products within a week. If the case arises where we have to drop ship something to you from our distributor or manufacturer, there will be no additional charge to you. We do this to get the product delivered to you as fast as possible. If a product you order is on backorder, it may take over a week before the product is shipped out. We would notify you immediately if this was the case, as we know our customers are sometimes on tight schedules to get our products.
Orders that are placed from outside the continental United States (Lower 48 states) will need to email us for an actual shipping quote. We do not ship any products overseas at this point.
